Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
• Answer calls and assist patients with questions and appointment needs.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
• Check patients in and out accurately and collect payments.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Assist with insurance eligibility and benefit verification.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Monitor schedule and communicate changes to the team.
• Help fill openings and maintain a productive patient schedule.
• Communicate with doctors, hygienists, and front-office staff.
• Respond to patient questions professionally and courteously.
