Job summary

Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in Concord, NC is growing and seeks a full-time Patient Coordinator to be the friendly, organized face of the front desk. You will manage check-ins, schedule appointments, handle billing, and keep the office running smoothly with a patient-first approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Pass a credit check.
• Be on time: arrive by 7:45 am for 8:00 am opening.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and on the phone.
• Strong computer skills; familiarity with dental software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Check patients in and ensure information is accurate.
• Collect co-payments and process check-outs.
• Balance and close out registers daily.
• Manage front desk tasks: phones, walk-ins, scheduling.
