58 Peaks Dental is a modern general dentistry practice seeking a Dental Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator. The role is full-time with a 4-day workweek and Fri–Sun off, offering hands-on training and opportunities to grow within the practice.

You will greet patients, answer inquiries across phones, texts, and emails, schedule appointments, verify insurance, explain treatment costs, discuss payment options, and support the clinical team to maintain a smooth schedule.

Qualifications

• Front desk and patient interaction experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a busy dental front office.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and create a friendly, professional experience.
• Answer phones and communicate with patients by phone, text, and email.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Verify dental insurance and benefits.
• Help patients understand treatment plans and estimated costs.
• Discuss payment and financing options with patients.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to keep the schedule running smoothly.
• Learn dental insurance, billing, preauthorizations, and other front-office systems as your experience grows.
• Help keep the front office organized and ensure important tasks don't fall through the cracks.
