Qualifications

• 1+ year dental front office experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Dentrix PM software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; positive attitude and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients professionally.
• Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and confirm visits.
• Verify dental insurance benefits and input patient data.
• Collect payments and review financial arrangements.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and assist with communications.
• Support the back office to maintain workflow.
• Ensure a clean, organized front office environment.
