The role requires 2+ years in dental care, OpenDental experience, and strong communication. A positive, organized demeanor helps the team deliver exceptional patient experiences in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• OpenDental experience preferred.
• Background in dental care (2+ years).
• Experience with dental insurance: benefits, claims, and denials.
• VA experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with patients and team.

Responsibilities

• Be the Warm Welcome: greet patients and make them feel at home.
• Master of Schedules: manage appointments and follow-ups.
• Guide the Way: explain treatment plans, insurance details, and payments.
