Qualifications

• Front desk experience in a dental office required.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily insurance verifications for scheduled patients.
• Greet patients by name and assist during visits.
• Answer and manage phone calls and scheduling.
• Assist with billing questions and patient inquiries.
• Submit insurance claims with proper attachments.
• Follow up on recare and treatment appointments.
