Qualifications

• Must be dependable and skilled in handling financial information and insurance verification.
• Performs clerical tasks including mail, scanning, copying; answer calls, greet visitors, schedule and confirm appointments.
• Explains procedures and services to patients using dental knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and handle front desk communications.
• Verify insurance and collect co-payments as appropriate.
• Schedule, verify, and confirm patient appointments while minimizing no-shows.
• Explain financial policies to patients and assist with payment arrangements.
