Qualifications

• 3+ years of prior dental front desk experience.
• Proven ability to manage multi-task scheduling and patient flow.
• Strong interpersonal communication and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and provide concierge-level service.
• Answer phones promptly and respond to messages.
• Manage schedules; input and confirm appointments.
• Enter new patient records and update ledgers (Denticon).
• Collect co-payments and verify PPO/FFS insurance.
• Address patient billing inquiries with appropriate departments.
• Assist with various office tasks as directed by the Practice Manager.
