Henry Schein in Boston is seeking an Equipment Sales Associate to sell dental equipment and help grow regional market share. The role provides 1 to 3 years of industry-leading training and exposure while covering an assigned territory.

After training, the position offers potential relocation to a permanent territory anywhere in the United States. The role includes attendances at installation and manufacturer meetings, co-travels with service technicians, and Salesforce input and quoting tasks.

Qualifications

• Typically 1 to 3 years of related professional experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships and educate customers on product features and utilization.
• Represent the company in sales calls and assist regional sales team in achieving sales goals.
• Achieve annual sales goals as established with Director of Equipment Sales.
• Support the growth of market share within assigned region.
• Partner with Marketing team and lead on equipment marketing leads.
• Manage administrative duties such as reports, entering data in Salesforce, quoting, site-checks, and coordinating with the regional service team.
• Attend sales meetings and trade shows, stay aware of industry trends, develop new business, and expand with existing customers through new products.
• Work with manufacturer sales representatives to coordinate sales and marketing efforts, expand opportunities, and improve customer service.
• Co-travel and learn from tenured Equipment Specialist team on products, drawings, site visits, quoting, installations, and related processes.
