This role requires field-based work with substantial travel and tight collaboration with practice leaders. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in clinical training within dental technology, strong communication, and the ability to manage logistics across multiple practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical training in dental technology or digital dentistry.
• Experience training cohorts up to ten assistants or staff at a time.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% to deliver in-practice training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch, in-person trainings for doctors and staff.
• Coach teams live, reinforcing best practices and adapting to goals.
• Monitor first-30-day outcomes and surface coaching opportunities.
• Collaborate with leaders to reinforce scanning habits and workflows.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure resources and tools are ready for training.
