Job summary

Dandy is a field-based trainer role in the Chicago metro area, focused on enabling dental practices to adopt intraoral scanning and digital workflows. This position requires up to 85% nationwide travel and in-person training with clinicians and staff.

You will act as a trusted clinical advisor, driving early adoption, providing coaching, and delivering measurable value at the intersection of training, technology, and practice growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% to deliver in-practice training and support.
• Comfortable partnering with senior leaders, clinicians, and staff to influence adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-touch, in-person trainings to support doctors and staff in adopting intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
• Coach teams based on live observation, reinforcing best practices and adapting in real time to meet goals.
• Monitor outcomes in the first 30 days and surface coaching opportunities to accelerate success.
