• 3+ years of clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology.
• Experience training cohorts of up to ten assistants or staff at a time.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills; capable of adjusting tone for hygienists to C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-touch, in-person trainings to support doctors and staff in adopting intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
• Coach teams based on live observation and adapt in real time to meet practice goals.
• Drive early case submission during training by removing blockers and building confidence.
