Qualifications

• Two years’ customer service experience in a call center or manufacturing setting.
• Experience with an order management system and CRM preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound inquiries via phone, email, and fax.
• Process orders accurately in ERP/CRM and provide pricing information.
• Coordinate returns/repairs and log complaints.
• Maintain customer records and resolve issues to meet metrics.
• Support cross-functional teams with reports and ad-hoc analyses.
