Job summary

Wesley Health Centers - JWCH Institute, Inc. seeks a Dental Manager to oversee daily clinic operations and dental teams. You will lead Front Office, Front/Back staff, and allied dental personnel to ensure efficient workflows, high-quality care, and strong patient satisfaction. Travel between sites may be required.

Responsibilities include leading daily huddles, maintaining performance metrics, coordinating referrals, and ensuring HIPAA compliance while driving a patient-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• Must have an active High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supervising dental office staff and operations.
• Strong customer service mindset with HIPAA awareness.
• CPR/BLS current required; willing to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the dental clinic and accompanying teams.
• Model exceptional customer service following AIDET principles and scripts.
• Train Front Office on business functions like receipts, posting, coding, deposits.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and productivity targets for providers.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and handle patient grievances promptly.
• Coordinate referrals, pre-authorizations, and insurance follow-ups.
• Plan and facilitate monthly team meetings with Lead Dentist and CDO.
• Oversee facility maintenance and safety compliance.
