Wesley Health Centers – JWCH Institute, Inc. seeks a Dental Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations of one or more dental clinics, lead front office and clinical staff, and ensure delivery of quality oral health services.

You will coordinate scheduling, training, HIPAA compliance, patient grievances, referrals and authorizations, and work with Lead Dentists and CDO to meet productivity goals while fostering a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in healthcare.
• 4+ years in a dental office front or back.
• Ability to travel between sites as needed.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of assigned dental clinics and teams.
• Lead staff training, scheduling and performance reviews.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and specialty care.
• Monitor productivity and drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Address patient grievances and maintain high service standards.
