Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressively responsible health care, dental, or clinic operations experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing clinic operations, staff, workflows, and performance metrics.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and expansion of dental services across the organization.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase patient access, utilization, and growth of dental services.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental clinic(s) and ensure efficient workflows.
• Monitor appointment availability, patient flow, and provider productivity; improve access and satisfaction.
• Develop staffing models and provide leadership and professional development for dental staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality improvement activities.
