Qualifications

• 1+ years 6 months of office experience providing customer service.
• 1 year experience working in healthcare setting.
• Excellent customer services skills. Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment (PC, photocopy/fax machine). Proficiency with basic word processing applications.

Responsabilités

• Provide front line customer service for patients, visitors, students, faculty and staff.
• Answer telephones, screen calls and take messages.
• Provide information on clinic hours, appointments and policies.
• Assist with way-finding and direct inquiries to supervisors for complex issues.
