Job summary

Qualifications

• AA Degree in Administration or Management preferred.
• Minimum of two years of dental experience in an administrative/office management role.
• Case management and/or direct care experience with dental/oral health needs.

Responsibilities

• Front office management, scheduling and reception for dental services.
• Maintain dental error reports and enforce use of scheduling application.
• Coordinate with DHATs, Dental Assistants and providers to meet census, revenue and treatment goals.
• Manage recall lists, treatment plans and routine exams coordination.
