Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Travel between offices may be required.

Responsibilities

• Models company culture, values, standards, and best practices.
• Gain a financial commitment from patients to start recommended dentistry.
• Proficient use of the PDS system and tools to guide patient decisions.
• Execute HC handoff in collaboration with clinicians after each exam.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert on financial options for patient treatment.
• Overcome common patient objections to starting treatment.
• Obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations prior to treatment.
• Ensure office adheres to the Comprehensive Care Model and referrals.
• Participate in daily huddles and team meetings as required.
• Understand business imperatives and impact on metrics and results.
• Represent the PDS Brand in decisions and actions.
• Learn Mouth-Body Connection and support clinical excellence in patient care.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor per policy; address colleagues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory bodies.
• Other duties as assigned.
