The role requires familiarity with patient billing, insurance pre-authorizations, and the We Believe Behavioral Framework to model company values. Travel between offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dental office practices and patient insurances.
• Ability to educate patients on treatment options and financial plans.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
