N. Rancho Cucamonga Dental Group and Orthodontics is hiring a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with dentists and educate patients on treatment choices, helping them understand financial options to start care with urgency.

The HC will support consultative patient engagement, ensure PPE and PFL, and assist in making the office productive while maintaining compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Understanding of patient financial options and case acceptance
• Ability to educate patients on treatment choices
• Experience handling confidential patient information

Responsibilities

• Models company culture, values, standards, and best operational practices
• Gains a financial commitment from the patient to start dentistry
• Becomes proficient in PDS system and tools to assist patients
• Executes HC handoff with clinicians on exams
• Becomes Subject Matter Expert on available financial options
