Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the patient plan of care, coordinating with providers to schedule and fill gaps.
• Educate patients on resources and coordinate referrals per the care plan.
• Triage dental calls, manage schedules, and liaise between clinician and patient to maintain full daily schedule.
