You will educate patients, overcome objections, obtain insurance pre-authorizations, and support a consistent patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Travel may be required between offices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Dentists to gain financial commitment for treatment.
• Educate patients on treatment options and insurance possibilities.
• Overcome patient objections and keep schedules productive.
• Support PPE and create Patients for Life (PFL).
• Obtain insurance pre-authorizations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Act as SME on available financial options to fit patient budgets.
• Attend daily huddles and team meetings as required.
• Protect patient confidentiality and maintain professional appearance.
