Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willing to travel between offices as needed.
• Preferred: coursework or on-the-job training in dentistry, insurance, or business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with supported Dentists to obtain financial commitment for treatment.
• Educate patients on treatment options and help them understand financial options.
• Overcome common patient objections to start treatment.
• Keep the Dentist’s schedules productive by effective coordination.
• Assist in pre-authorizations for insurance as needed.
• Support PPE and PFL through consultative patient care.
