Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with supported Dentists and drive timely treatment start by helping patients understand financial options. You will educate patients, overcome objections, and keep Dentist schedules productive while delivering a Perfect Patient Experience and creating Patients for Life.

The role requires knowledge of payer options, strong communication, and the ability to work across offices, with travel as needed to support clinics.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of office practices, technology and patient insurances.
• Ability to educate patients on treatment choices and options.
• Ability to overcome common patient objections with empathy and clarity.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced dental office environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with dentists to obtain financial commitment from patients.
• Educate patients on treatment choices and options.
• Support PPE and PFL initiatives within the office.
• Obtain insurance pre-authorizations as needed, and engage in daily huddles.
