Job summary

Glade Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics seeks a Healthcare Coordinator to collaborate with supported Dentists to secure financial commitments for recommended treatments and keep schedules productive. You will explain treatment options, educate patients, and navigate insurance pre-authorizations to help patients start care with urgency.

As a member of the team, you will be a subject matter expert on available financial options, support a Perfect Patient Experience, and contribute to a culture

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Travel between offices may be required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Dentists to obtain patient financial commitments for treatment.
• Educate patients on treatment choices and options.
• Overcome patient objections and maintain PPE and PFL standards.
• Obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations.
• Keep the office schedules productive and aligned with clinical needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
