Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to join Lady Lake Smiles Dentistry in Florida. You will partner with dentists to secure patient commitments for the proposed treatment and guide patients through financial options to improve case acceptance.

Responsibilities include educating patients, overcoming objections, and maintaining a Perfect Patient Experience while supporting the clinic’s goals and regulatory compliance. Travel between offices may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Travel might be required between offices.
• Preferred: prior coursework or on-the-job training in dentistry, insurance, or business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Dentists to gain a financial commitment from patients for treatment.
• Explain and educate patients on treatment options and financial plans.
• Overcome patient objections to start treatment.
• Support Dentists’ schedules and ensure productive exams.
• Be the Subject Matter Expert on available financial options for patients.
