Job description

Business Manager
Lead with Purpose. Grow with Us. Make a Difference.

We're looking for a confident, organized, and people-focused Business Manager who is ready to lead a professional dental team and help create an exceptional experience for both our patients and our team.

We believe a great dental practice is about more than dentistry—it's about people, relationships, education, and trust. Our vision is to educate our patients and community about their oral health as well as their overall health, while providing a warm and welcoming environment where everyone feels valued.

As our Business Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing that vision to life. You'll help lead the business side of the practice, support and develop our team, keep operations running smoothly, and make sure our patients receive the high level of care and service they deserve.

Who We Are

Our culture is built around seven core values:

  • Smart – We are thoughtful, resourceful, and always looking for ways to improve.
  • Engaging – We bring positive energy, connect with our patients and teammates, and make people feel welcome.
  • Coachable – We remain open to feedback, learning, and personal growth.
  • Goal Oriented – We set meaningful goals, hold ourselves accountable, and celebrate progress.
  • Patient Centric – Our patients are at the heart of every decision we make.
  • Trustworthy – We do what we say, communicate honestly, and take ownership.
  • Proud – We take pride in our work, our team, our practice, and the experience we create for our patients.

If these values sound like you, you may be exactly who we're looking for.

The Opportunity

This is a fast-paced, hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys bringing organization, accountability, and positive energy to a busy dental environment.

The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating the natural ebbs and flows of a dental office, can remain calm and solution-focused when challenges arise, and genuinely enjoys developing people and building a strong team culture.

Significant experience in dental practice management is required, OR a business degree combined with relevant management/leadership experience.

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead and develop the team through clear expectations, coaching, accountability, and encouragement
  • Oversee financial management, budgeting, and practice performance
  • Manage and continuously improve day-to-day dental office operations
  • Support patient scheduling and an exceptional patient experience
  • Ensure compliance with applicable dental and healthcare regulations
  • Manage vendors, supplies, and inventory
  • Help create a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and take a solution-focused approach to challenges
  • Use strong communication and organizational skills to keep the practice moving forward
  • Support the team in achieving practice and patient-care goals
Growth & Development

We believe that investing in our people is one of the best investments we can make.

Our team participates in quarterly training opportunities designed to strengthen skills, improve communication, enhance patient care, and keep us growing together. We also provide leadership development opportunities for team members who want to expand their leadership skills and take the next step in their careers.

We want our Business Manager to be more than an administrator—we want you to be a leader, coach, culture-builder, and champion for our team and patients.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, success means:

Our team feels supported.
Our patients feel valued.
Our practice runs efficiently.
Our goals are clear.
And everyone is growing.

If you're an experienced dental leader who is smart, engaging, coachable, goal oriented, patient centric, trustworthy, and proud of the work you do, we'd love to hear from you.
