Job summary

Willamette Dental Group is seeking a Member Services Representative to answer member inquiries regarding eligibility and benefits. You will educate members on dental coverage, communicate policies, and resolve issues while escalating complex questions as needed.

The role requires a high-volume call center background and strong communication to diverse members. It offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for outreach initiatives within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and two years of customer service experience in a high-volume call center.
• Experience in communicating benefits to members with diverse backgrounds and cultures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Member calls in a courteous and professional manner, answering questions regarding membership eligibility, benefits, claims, notices of action, grievance processes, policies and procedures.
• Educate members on dental benefits guidelines and Willamette Dental Group systems, processes and policies.
• Assess and resolve problems within authority; escalate complex questions to higher authority.
• Identify complaints and facilitate processes with Practice or Member Services Grievance, Appeal and Care Coordination.
• Support various outreach programs.
