Job summary

Talentify is seeking a customer service professional to handle inbound calls from members, providers, brokers/agents, and potential clients. You will provide information on dental benefits, provider networks, and eligibility, while coordinating emergency care when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year customer service experience in a Call Center environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with other departments (or areas) to resolve patient and/or doctor inquiries.
• Assist in training new Customer Service representatives.
• Answer inbound telephone calls from members, providers, brokers/agents, and potential clients.
• Provide information to members regarding dental benefits and provider network.
• Provide eligibility information to provider network.
• Coordinate emergency care (out-of-area and specialist referrals).
• Interact with other departments (or areas) to resolve patient and/or doctor inquiries.
• Coordinate Language Assistance Program requests.
• Clerical duties and/or projects as assigned.
