Job summary

Willamette Dental Group is seeking a Care Advocate to coordinate patient flow and maintain open communication among patients, clinicians, and staff. You will support provider recommendations, recalls, and treatment coordination while ensuring smooth front-desk and clinic operations.

The role emphasizes patient engagement, accurate handling of payments, and adherence to PPE policies. Travel to nearby WD locations may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary coursework desirable.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience preferred; healthcare experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily schedule and maximize scheduling efficiencies.
• Understand payment methods and collect/document payments for dental services.
• Balance daily payment ledger and reconcile payments; complete deposits.
• Update patient insurance information and schedule treatments as directed by clinicians.
• Keep charts organized, prepared and available for appointments; manage chart routing.
