Job summary

Clairmont Cosmetic & Family Dentistry, supported by Heartland Dental, is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team. Schedule: Tuesday 8:45am-5:00pm, Wednesday–Friday 7:45am-5:00pm, with flexibility as needed.

You will greet patients, review health histories, take and process x-rays, assist with chairside procedures, use Dentrix, and maintain safety and inventory. The role includes training and growth within a national network.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of chairside assist in general dentistry.
• Dentrix or equivalent dental software experience.
• Certification as dental assistant and/or x-ray certification if required.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to follow processes and work in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide patient education.
• Review health history for quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and digital imaging.
• Provide four-handed chairside assistance during procedures.
• Manage supplies and inventory.
• Use Heartland Dental systems to improve office workflow.
