Qualifications

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.
• D ental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification as required by state act.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve patients from the start of their dental journey, ensuring comfort and education.
• Review patient health history to deliver quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and other diagnostic assessments.
• Provide chairside assistance during procedures.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
• Prepare treatment rooms following safety protocols and OSHA/CDC guidelines.
• Manage supplies and order processing; support office workflows.
