Qualifications

• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
• Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and educate them throughout treatment.
• Review health history to provide quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments.
• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during procedures.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Maintain room prep with safety protocols and OSHA/CDC guidelines.
• Manage supplies and place orders as needed.
• Collaborate to implement Heartland Dental systems for office workflow.
