Forum Dental-Lebanons is hiring a Dental Assistant to support Heartland Dental’s network. You will greet patients, review health histories, take x-rays, and provide four-handed chairside assistance across procedures. Proficiency with Dentrix and OSHA/CDC safety standards is essential.

Ideal candidates have dental assistant and x-ray certifications, strong communication, and a patient-first approach. The role offers training, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a nationwide

Qualifications

Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
Experience in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification if required by state act.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
HIPAA training and PHI protection responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients and educate them throughout treatment.
Review patient health history to ensure quality care.
Take and process x-rays and other diagnostics (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography).
Provide four-handed chairside assistance to dentists.
Use Dentrix for scheduling and record-keeping.
Prepare treatment rooms following safety protocols (OSHA & CDC).
Manage supply and inventory; place and expedite orders.
Collaborate with providers to enhance office workflow.
