Heartland Dental's Sullivan Family Dentistry is seeking a Dental Assistant to join the team. You will greet patients, review health histories, and provide chairside support during procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Certification as a dental assistant and X-ray certification if required by state law.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients from the start of their dental journey, sustaining comfort and education.
• Review patient health history to ensure quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments.
• Provide four-handed chairside assistance to dentists during procedures.
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
• Prepare treatment rooms following safety protocols and OSHA/CDC guidance.
• Manage supply levels and place orders as needed.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems and improve workflow.
