Job summary

Ideal Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to support a wide range of dental procedures, take x-rays, and prepare operatories. You will manage patient flow, ensure infection control, and educate patients on oral hygiene, contributing to a smooth, efficient practice.

The role requires an active RDAs license, CPR certification, and 6 months to 1 year of experience. Travel may be required for DeNovo offices, with strong teamwork and patient-centered care at the core.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant License required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• 6 months to 1 year of RDA experience in a dental practice.
• DeNovo offices may require travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist a wide range of dental procedures while keeping patients comfortable.
• Take dental x-rays with precision to aid diagnoses.
• Prepare and break down operatories after procedures.
• Manage patient flow and transitions during visits.
• Ensure infection control by sterilizing instruments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
• Conduct iTero scans and document patient charts.
• Collaborate with the practice team to deliver excellent patient care.
