Job summary

Ideal Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join a growing team dedicated to exceptional patient care. You’ll support dentists with a variety of procedures, take X-rays, and help prepare treatment rooms in a fast-paced practice.

Strong infection control and patient-education skills are essential to ensure high-quality care. Applicants should hold an Active RDA license, current CPR certification, and 6–12 months of RDA experience.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as an RDA in a dental practice.
• DeNovo Offices: travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures.
• Take dental x-rays with precision.
• Prepare and breakdown operatories after procedures.
• Manage patient flow and transitions during visits.
• Ensure infection control standards and sterilize instruments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-care.
