Job summary

Ideal Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant in Minnesota to support dentists, take X-rays, prepare operatories, and assist with a variety of procedures. You will help educate patients, maintain a clean and safe treatment area, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

The role involves iTero scans, charting, and collaboration with the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Relevant RDA license and CPR certification required, with 6–12 months of RDA experience; some travel to

Qualifications

Active RDA license required.
CPR certification required.
6 months to 1 year of experience as an RDA in a dental practice preferred.
DeNovo Offices: travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Assist with a wide range of dental procedures and keep patients comfortable.
Take dental X-rays with precision to support diagnoses and treatment planning.
Prepare and break down operatories after procedures, keeping a clean, organized workspace.
Manage patient flow and assist in patient transitions during visits.
Ensure infection control by sterilizing instruments and maintaining safety standards.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Take impressions and bite registrations to support appliance fabrication.
Perform iTero scans and document patient charts and treatments.
Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
