Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Dental Assistant and X-ray certification (where required by state)

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside support and assist patients through treatment.
• Prepare operatories, instruments, equipment, and materials for each patient appointment.
• Assist dentists during denture procedures, dental implant placement, oral surgery, extractions, and prosthetic treatments.
• Take and assist with alginate denture impressions and wax bites under dentist direction.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and denture options.
• Take dental radiographs and maintain infection control standards.
