Job summary

Affordable Dentures & Implants in Florida is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dentists and lab professionals in providing tooth replacement care. You will perform chair-side assistance for impressions, dentures, implants and oral surgery where permitted by state rules.

This role emphasizes strong patient service, accurate documentation, sterilization, x-ray taking, and help with wax bites and denture adjustments under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active DA and X-ray certification.
• HS Diploma required.
• At least one year of hands-on experience assisting with dentures and/or implants.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the office to receive patients prior to opening daily.
• Provide responsive, high-quality service to patients and educate on treatment options.
• Assist dentists with impressions, dentures, implants and oral surgery as permitted by state law.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean work area; take and develop x-rays as needed.
• Record patient information accurately and assist with checkout and paperwork.
• Inventory supplies and perform routine housekeeping and duties as assigned.
