Heartland Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant at American Family Dentistry – Kirby Quince in Memphis, TN. You will greet patients, review health histories, take X-rays, and provide chairside assistance while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a dental assistant certification, 2+ years' experience preferred, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Dentrix. Growth opportunities and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• Dental assistant certification required; HIPAA training a plus.
• Experience in fast-paced, patient-centric environment preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome patients at the start of their dental journey and educate them throughout treatment.
• Review patients' health history to ensure quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography).
• Provide chairside assistance (four-handed dentistry) to dentists during procedures.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records management.
• Prepare treatment rooms following safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
• Manage supplies and place orders to support office workflow.
