Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a Full-Time Dental Assistant for White House Family Dental Care in White House, TN. You will support dentists with chairside care, take x-rays, manage records in Dentrix, and ensure patient comfort and safety.

Ideal candidates have dental procedures knowledge, the right certifications, and strong communication. You will contribute to a high-quality patient experience in a busy practice environment with ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.
• Dental assistant and/or x-ray certification as required by state act.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and educate them throughout treatment.
• Review health history to ensure quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments (iTero 3D, digital photos).
• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during procedures.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
