Panola Family Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join Heartland Dental-supported offices. You will greet patients, review health histories, and deliver high-quality chairside assistance across diverse procedures using iTero 3D scanning and Dentrix scheduling.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in dental terminology and patient education.
• Experience in fast-paced, patient-centric environments is preferred.
• X-ray certification and dental assistant certification required or as per state act.
• Good communication and organizational skills; HIPAA training mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and educate them throughout treatment.
• Review health history for quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and related diagnostics (iTero 3D, digital photos).
• Provide chairside assistance to dentists (four-handed dentistry).
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records; maintain sterile treatment rooms.
