Job summary

Ideal Dental is hiring a Dental Assistant to support a fast-growing practice. You will assist with procedures, take X-rays, prepare and sterilize rooms, and help manage patient flow for smooth visits.

Active RDA license and CPR certification are required, with 6 months to 1 year of RDA experience. Travel to DeNovo offices may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures.
• Take dental X-rays with precision and care.
• Prepare and break down operatories after each procedure.
• Manage patient flow and transitions throughout visits.
• Ensure infection control standards and sterilize instruments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
• Take impressions and bite registrations.
• Conduct digital iTero scans and contribute to treatment planning.
• Assist with patient charting and documentation.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent patient experiences.
