Job summary

Ideal Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our growing team in Texas. You will support dentists, take x-rays, operate iTero scanners, and help maintain a clean, efficient clinical environment. You will educate patients on oral hygiene and assist in charting and documentation to support treatment planning.

The role requires an active RDA license, current CPR certification, and 6 months to 1 year of RDA experience. Travel to new DeNovo offices may be required as we expand.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as an RDA in a dental practice.
• DeNovo Offices: New acquired offices may require travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures, ensuring patients are comfortable.
• Take dental x-rays with precision.
• Prepare and break down operatories after each procedure.
• Manage patient flow and transitions during visits.
• Ensure infection control standards and sterilize instruments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
• Take accurate impressions and bite registrations.
• Conduct digital iTero scans.
• Assist with patient charting and documentation.
• Collaborate with the practice team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
