Job summary

Ideal Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our growing practice in the United States. You will support clinicians, perform X‑rays, manage patient flow, and assist with a wide range of procedures using iTero scanning.

You will also uphold infection control standards and help educate patients on oral health. The role requires an active RDA license, CPR certification, and 6 months to 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant License required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of RDA experience.
• DeNovo offices travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a welcoming demeanor.
• Train and use iTero scanner during visits.
• Prep and educate guests before the doctor exam.
• Assist dentists with procedures as needed.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control.
• Prepare treatment rooms for patients.
• Record medical history for each guest.
• Take X-rays and document results.
• Chart existing and recommended treatments.
• Support the office and collaborate with the team.
• Contribute to delivering excellent patient care.
