Job summary

Ideal Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our growing team in Texas. You will support clinicians with procedures, take X-rays, perform iTero scans, and help manage patient flow while maintaining rigorous infection control standards.

We offer training, modern equipment, and opportunities for career growth as we expand with DeNovo offices. A valid RDA license and CPR certification are required, with 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RDA license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• 6 months to 1 year of RDA experience in a dental practice.
• May require travel to newly acquired DeNovo offices.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and provide assistance.
• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures.
• Take dental x-rays with precision.
• Prepare and break down operatories after procedures.
• Manage patient flow and handoffs during visits.
• Ensure infection control and sterilization of instruments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
• Take impressions and bite registrations as needed.
• Conduct digital iTero scans for diagnostics.
• Assist with patient charting and documentation.
• Collaborate with the practice team to deliver exceptional care.
