Job summary

Ideal Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join a fast-growing team focused on delivering exceptional patient care. You will assist with a broad range of procedures, take X-rays, operate iTero scans, and support with patient flow and charting to ensure smooth visits.

Applicants should hold an active RDA license, CPR certification, and have 6 months to 1 year of RDA experience. Travel to new offices may be required as our offices expand.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant License.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as an RDA in a dental practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures.
• Take dental x-rays.
• Prepare and break down operatories after each procedure.
• Manage patient flow and transitions during visits.
• Ensure infection control standards and sterilization of instruments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
• Take impressions and bite registrations.
• Conduct digital iTero scans for diagnostics.
• Assist with patient charting and documentation.
• Collaborate with the entire practice team to ensure patient satisfaction.
