Job summary

Ideal Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join a high-growth dental group focused on patient-centered care. You will support clinicians, manage patient flow, and help maintain a clean, sterile, efficient operatory environment with iTero scans and X-rays.

Responsibilities include assisting dentists, taking impressions, educating patients on oral health, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. A current RDA license and CPR certification, plus 6 months to 1 year of experience, are required.

Qualifications

• Active RDA license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as an RDA in a dental practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures and ensure patient comfort.
• Take dental x-rays with precision and care.
• Prepare and break down operatories after each procedure.
• Manage patient flow and assist in transitions during visits.
• Ensure infection control standards and sterilize instruments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
• Take impressions and bite registrations; conduct iTero scans.
• Assist with patient charting and documentation.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional care.
